Provide all aspects of managing and supervising support staff for a successful project
Includes preconstruction estimating, design, development, budgeting and accurate financial tracking
Handle negotiation and creation of binding well-defined owner and subcontractor agreements
Produce, monitor and maintain schedules

Superintendentsee more

Assist project managers in a demanding, fast-paced office
Solicit subcontractors and vendors for the bidding process of all jobs
Prepare contracts and purchase orders
Work closely with field superintendents for complete job success from beginning to end
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer competence required
Must be extremely organized and have ability to multi-task
Five years' related experience desirable
Bilingual a plus

Oversees daily construction activities at a work site
Responsible for overall progress of the project, as well as the scheduling of workers and delivery of equipment and materials
Works with contractor to complete project within budget and on schedule
Excellent understanding of architectural and contract documentation
Must have strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and uphold safety program standards
LEED comprehension and laptop capability a must
